The food was amazing and our server was incredibly kind. The tables were too close together and everything took a really long time for how busy they were. Definitely worth going to see, especially if you’re a fan of The Office.

The thin and crispy pizza was really good. Asian chicken salad was large enough for 2! BE WARNED ⚠️ The deep dish pizza is topped with "American cheese" not mozzarella- Which should be illegal Our server was sweet and attentive. No wait for a table Nice quiet atmosphere Some office souvenirs for sale

If you're a fan of The Office, then you know a Scranton visit isn't complete without a visit to Alfredo's Pizza (Cafe), not Pizza by Alfredo. Food was good, but let's be real, we're here for the experience. Merch is available to complete the trip too.

New to the area from NYC, this restaurant was recommended. I was told the calzones were very good. I have not had much luck with pizza since moving to Scranton, I thought let me give this a try. I went in between lunch and dinner, it was fairly empty, I’ve seen it much more busy during lunch. I was seated directly in front of the kitchen! I promptly asked for a new table, I wanted to be somewhere relaxing, not the BOH sales/serve hub. I was moved to another booth, the springs were so worn on the seat I was almost at face height with the table. I’m 5’4”. I ordered an Old Fashioned, no muddled cherries, tasted extremely watery! I asked for another shot and cherries to add to it to make it a sorta proper cocktail. (Btw, I worked in the NYC white tablecloth industry waiting and bartending for over 30 years.) So far this was not going well. I ordered a side salad which the menu described as “mixed greens”, and a Ham and Cheese Calzone. My salad arrived, it was iceberg lettuce, a few cucumber slices and a couple cherry tomatoes. Dressing on the side as I requested. We had high expectations about this place, you know “the pizza from the office” We dine in, ordering a pizza, waited 38 minutes, we had to ask about our food since our server didn’t bother herself coming to tell us anything about it, or even fill our waters. We saw another tables getting situated on their tables and their server gave them a basket of bread right away, we asked, and her answer was “the bread is just for dinner”?! So if I order a pizza in a PIZZA place is not a dinner for you? After 38 min, the pizza came, it was super soft, they were chip with the toppings, that by the way they charged 3$ each one. DONT COME, there’s a bunch of places in the city that will give you a better treatment and quality pizza.
